The OneAmerica annual report has always been a high level print piece used throughout the year to tell the OneAmerica story and the story of our customers. It is used in sales pitches, new business meetings, and as a mailer to our top clients. Each year we broaden our reach beyond the standard printed book and developed an engaging interactive site with customer stories that come to life through video and additional imagery.
Project |02 2018 Innovation Challenge, Life In Balance App Prototype
Winning concept and prototype in the annual 2018 OneAmerica Innovation Challenge. The goal of this challenge was to find a way to generate leads for our Individual Life and Financial Services business line. Teams were selected as a blind draw and had 2 weeks to research and create a 15 minute presentation. I was elected a team lead and we worked together to built a fully functioning prototype along with a business case, expense and profit plan and user personas.
Project |03 Eddie Bauer 401k Retirement Plan Education & Enrollment Campaign
Eddie Bauer was looking to create plan awareness and raise overall plan participation, a custom marketing plan was created to engage associates and make enrollment a seamless process. A variety of materials were used including enrollment brochures, posters, table tents and direct mailers to provide general education about retirement planning and to encourage participants to take full advantage of their companies’ plan. A reimagined landing page and video provided a portal for associates to gather knowledge and enroll. The original goal was to improve participation in the retirement plan by 10%. This initial goal was not only met, but exceeded in just 2 ½ months. Plan participation increased by 32.6% with 928 associates enrolled in the plan.
