I led the development of the first-ever market position story for OneAmerica Financial’s Institutional Markets (IM) business, defining a clear value proposition and messaging framework in the Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) space. Anchored in “Reliability, Relationships, Results,” this foundational work unified the IM brand story for the first time across sales, marketing, and digital channels—powering refreshed web content, executive media features, and client-facing assets. By creating a scalable narrative and proof point system, the initiative strengthened competitive differentiation and built trust with plan sponsors navigating complex retirement solutions.
