  • Leader of a cross-functional team of 33 including brand leads, marketers, designers, and event specialists to develop and execute standout enterprise and line of business experiences aligned with business objectives. 

  • Spearheaded the development of the OneAmerica Financial brand strategy and oversaw the deployment of our brand launch across digital products, design systems, internal and external communications, and multi-channel experiences. This successful launch resulted in a 43% YOY increase in website visitors and a 4.5% click-through rate on our communications, driving twice the industry average for engagement. 

  • Partnered with organizational leaders to develop and establish a brand KPI framework to track business impact, ROI, awareness, and overall brand health.

  • Led a 48-member consumer and product marketing team, events and design teams developing innovative strategies for product lifecycles, customer engagement, and brand storytelling. 

  • Forecasted business needs and structured teams to deliver customer-centric experiences through financial education, product positioning, and live events. 

  • Championed the development of the MyTrack brand, value proposition, and participant financial education communication and campaign strategy. This initiative resulted in a 12% increase in participant engagement, a 7% improvement in email open rates, and a click-through rate of 2.8%, which outperforms the industry average.

  • Led and developed a 22-member creative team, overseeing design operations, project management, and design project workflow. 

  • Managed the creative development of all digital products UI, marketing materials, communications and creative execution across print, web, video, and production teams.
